Experiment in Progress

I’m trying something new that has been percolating in my mind for a long time. A few people have suggested it over the years and I’ve finally found the time to give it a shot.

I’ve launched a weekly email newsletter called Pockets and Lapels. The content is different from, but related to this blog — the original P&L: Pockets and Lapels. The newsletter is less cerebral, more creative; the fun side of fashion. Purpose is to provide a space for millennial and Gen X women to further define their style or evolve it.

Three components:

• A quick weekly tip emailed to subscribers which serves as inspiration.
• A website with deeper content, reviews, and links to pieces.
• A community to bounce ideas off
